Free Vinyasa Yoga

Looking for beginners yoga, taught in English, for FREE!? Look no further!

I am a Yoga Alliance 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher focusing on vinyasa yoga, which means that I’m trained to teach yoga safely and with purpose :)

Join me for my very first yoga class here in Greece!
All levels of ability are welcome to join, and you are invited to bring your friends!

My goal is to offer yoga classes on my rooftop in Kalamaria every week (for as long as the weather permits) and to give the Expat community in Thessaloniki an opportunity to connect with one another more often, while doing something powerful for our bodies and minds.

What you will need:

• An open mind

• A yoga mat (any inexpensive yoga mat will do - I do not have extra mats available at this time)

• A small towel (optional)

• A bottle of water

**While the class is free, I will have an anonymous donations jar available to anyone who wishes (NOT REQUIRED for participation - when I say free, I mean it), and all proceeds will be donated directly to Apollon Animaland, a local animal rescue who is currently caring for over 130 dogs while they wait for their forever homes. They have also rescued a handful of farm animals, and every little bit helps them to provide for all of these deserving souls.
